Acceptance of Terms & Membership Eligibility
By accessing or using the AI MicroMind Campus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access the platform or use any services.
Membership is available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. You must be at least 18 years old to join the Campus. By joining, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
Code of Conduct & Community Guidelines
As a member of the AI MicroMind Campus community, you are expected to conduct yourself with professionalism and respect. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind.
- Sharing proprietary campus resources outside the platform without authorization.
- Attempting to bypass security measures or manipulate certification and scoring systems.
Subscription Plans, Payments, & Refund Policies
Access to paid features and memberships requires an active subscription or single purchase. Paid plans are eligible for refunds within our policy window (as detailed on the Pricing page). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the billing cycle ends.
Intellectual Property & Build Proof Ownership
Projects created within the campus environment ("Build Proofs") remain the intellectual property of the creator. However, AI MicroMind Campus retains the right to display these proofs as part of the public portfolio and verification system.
Account Termination & Liability
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or community guidelines. If your account is suspended, you may submit an appeal via Support for administrative review. AI MicroMind Campus is provided 'as is' under applicable law.
